WE WILL only tell you what "we can" do for you versus what we "can't do" or "won't" do for you.

WE WILL respect your most precious commodity- "TIME" and ask the same in return.

WE WILL never perform ANY treatment until all phases of that treatment have been mutually agreed upon.

WE WILL never compromise your treatment - you will only receive our best.

WE WILL schedule more time than necessary for your treatment- we don't ever want you think we are rushing through a procedure to see another patient.

WE WILL always treat you with respect and dignity.

WE WILL never leave your side while at our office.

WE WILL never accept "mediocrity". Although unattainable, "perfection" is something we strive for and when we fall short, we can live with "exceptional".

WE WILL do whatever it takes and go out of our way to make you happy.

WE WILL always strive to be different and think "outside the box".

WE WILL always let you know the "guidelines" upfront. Conflict only arises when you never knew of these "guidelines" or of they changed mid-stream without your knowledge.
